  • Golf data: handicap index, GHIN number, scores, round history, and game settings

  • Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the JunkMan Golf service
  • Calculate handicaps, scores, and settlement amounts
  • Enable multiplayer features and round sharing
  • Send account-related communications (verification, password reset)
  • Improve and develop new features

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your golf data (scores, handicaps, round results) is visible to other players in rounds you participate in. We may share information with:

  • Other players in your rounds (scores, handicap, display name)
  • Service providers that help us operate the application (hosting, email delivery)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
