1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JunkMan Golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

JunkMan Golf is a golf game scoring, handicap tracking, and settlement calculation tool. The application tracks scores, computes handicaps using the USGA World Handicap System, and calculates theoretical settlement amounts between players.

3. No Real Money Exchange

JunkMan Golf does not facilitate, process, or exchange real money. All monetary values, bets, wagers, and settlement amounts displayed within the application are theoretical and for entertainment and record-keeping purposes only. Any actual financial transactions between users occur entirely outside of JunkMan Golf, and the application bears no responsibility for such transactions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The JunkMan Golf name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by JunkMan Golf and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

JunkMan Golf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccurate score calculations, handicap computations, or settlement amounts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of JunkMan Golf after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
